Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders refused to disburse SAR 1.2 million as bonus to board members for 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 8. 
Meanwhile, shareholders authorized the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2024, the cement producer said in a statement to Tadawul.
All other items on the agenda were also approved.
Northern Cement distributed a cash dividend at 2.5% of capital (SAR 0.25 per share) for 2023, Argaam earlier reported.
