‎Alujain signs MoU to localize synthetic fibers, nonwoven production

Alujain Co.announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Beaulieu International Group to partner in a strategic project aimed at localizing the production of synthetic fibers and non-woven fabrics, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The MoU is valid for two years, and the partnership, subject to the approvals of the relevant authorities, combines Alujain’s established regional manufacturing platform and advanced polymer portfolio with Beaulieu’s globally recognized expertise in synthetic fibers and non-woven fabrics.

The relevant financial impact cannot currently be determined, the company said, adding that any material developments will be disclosed in due course.
