Saudi Arabia’s Construction Cost Index (CCI) rose by 1.1% year-on-year (YoY) in December 2025, according to the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
The CCI advanced to 101.8 points in December, based on the 2023 base year, compared to 100.7 points in December 2024.
The index rise was driven by a 1.1% increase in both residential and non-residential construction costs.
