Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed a contract yesterday, Jan. 12, with the National Water Company (NWC) with a total value of SAR 43.35 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).
AWPT said in a statement to Tadawul that the 36-month contract will carry out operation and maintenance works for water networks, pumping stations, wells, reservoirs, and their associated facilities in Tabuk.
The financial impact of the project began to be reflected in Q4 2025.
It clarified that there are no related parties involved.
AWPT received the contract after all required signatures were completed yesterday and accordingly made the disclosure.
According to data available on Argaam, Alkhorayef announced in October that it was awarded the contract by NWC.
