AlmajedOud Co.signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Othman Abdullah Othman Al-Suwaih, Abdullah Othman Abdullah Al-Suwaih, and Amr Othman Abdullah Al-Suwaih, to pursue a potential acquisition of 100% of the capital of Al Safa Pharmaceuticals Medical Supplies Co., a limited liability company, granting Almajed Oud the sole and exclusive right to acquire the entire stake.
