Multi Business Group Co. said it won a project valued at more than 85% of its 2024 revenues from Riyadh Development Co. 
The company will develop the Al-Aziziyah wholesale market for fruits and vegetables, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
The contract covers the design, construction, architectural finishing, and electrical and mechanical engineering works.
According to Argaam data, the company reported revenues of SAR 135 million in 2024. Accordingly, the contract value is estimated at around SAR 115 million.
