Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) issued today, Sept. 14, the articles of association and commercial registration for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tomor Wataniyah, a single-person limited liability company.

In August, the company’s board approved the establishment of a limited liability company fully owned by the parent firm, with headquarters in Qassim and capital of SAR 100,000.
The new subsidiary will operate in the trade and production of dates as well as logistics services, Argaam earlier reported.
