MIS signs a deal with SDAIA to expand Naqaa Data Center in Riyadh

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a SAR 227.8 million contract (inclusive of VAT) with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) to expand Naqaa Data Center in Riyadh, represented by the National Information Center.

According to a statement on Tadawul, the contract covers expanding the data center’s capacity to meet growing hosting and digital technology demand.

The contract runs for 36 months and is expected to have a positive financial impact starting from Q4 2025.

MIS confirmed that all contractual procedures were finalized, with the signed agreement received on Sept. 7, 2025. The company also noted that there are no related parties to the deal.
