Najran Cement Co.‘s board of directors approved on Aug. 30 the request of Abdulsalam Aldraibi, to terminate his contractual relationship as CEO by mutual consent, due to personal circumstances.

The resignation is effective Sept. 30, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
The company will announce any developments in the event of the appointment or assignment of a new CEO in due course.
According to Argaam data, the cement producer appointed Aldraibi as CEO in March 2018.
