In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the step comes for not passing the probationary period.
Meanwhile, the board appointed Abdullah Al Yahya as CEO effective from April 17, 2025.
Al Yahya has over 11 years of experience in the private sector and retail companies, during which he held several leadership positions, the statement added.
