United Mining Industries Co. obtained a small mine license to explore high-grade silica sand ore in the silica sand ore complex No. 1, Tayma Governate, Tabuk. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company said the license with number 144669 was issued on Jan. 26, 2025 and will be valid until Jan. 25, 2035. It spans a total area of 0.99 square km.
