The newly-elected board of Saudi Chemical Company Holding (SCCH) appointed today, Jan. 1, Fawaz Al-Fawaz as Chairman and Obaid Al-Rasheed as Deputy Chairman. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the sub-committees were also formed in accordance with the approved duties and authorities.

A secretary to the board of directors and the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul) were also appointed.
In October 2024, the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) elected board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2025, Argaam’s data showed.
