The Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) issued its monthly report on the Kingdom’s construction sector for March 2026, aimed at providing contractors and investors with key updates on project developments. 
According to the report, 11 projects were awarded in March 2026, with a total value of approximately SAR 15.7 billion.
The building and construction sector accounted for the largest share at around SAR 15.5 billion, representing 99% of total project value, while the water and energy sector accounted for the remainder at SAR 150 million.
Projects were distributed across nine sub-sectors, with educational facilities recording the highest value at over SAR 3.97 billion, followed by the commercial sector at SAR 3.75 billion.
