In a statement to Tadawul, Zahrat Al Waha said the move aims at diversifying income sources, boosting revenues and enhancing financial solvency.

In April 2023, the company announced SAR 70 million capital expansion plans, Argaam reported.

The plan covered the printing and packaging materials segment, which comprises land buildings, two fully integrated printing lines with their accessories, with an annual production capacity of 3,180 tons, and two multi-product and multi-use packaging material production lines with their accessories, having an annual production capacity of 10.85 million tons.

The company announced in September 2024 that it had begun installing the second printing line and completed test operations for the first printing line and the two packaging lines (shrink and stretch film) as part of its capital expansion plan.
