Yansab updates bylaws, elects board members for next three-year term
Yanbu National Petrochemical Co.’s (Yansab) shareholders approved electing members of the board of directors for a new three-year term starting on March 16, 2026, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on March 12. 
The elected members are Faisal Suwailem, Mohammed Al-Mashhaf, Abdullah Al-Sinan, Abdullah Al-Arifi, Ibrahim Al-Saif, Awad Al-Maker and Khalid Al-Rabiah.
Shareholders further approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2026.
Additionally, shareholders ratified amending Article 3ofthe company’s bylaws related toitsobjectives to becomeas follows:
