The purchase orders with materiality event will be announced according to the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued by the Board of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company further noted, indicating that the announcement is made in a timely manner, including the periods in which they will be reflected.
WSM additionally stated that the necessary signatures were completed, and a copy of the contract was received on July 8.
