Wataniya Insurance Co. received, on Dec. 11, 2025, a notice of the award of a one-year contract with the Saudi National Bank (SNB) to provide a range of general insurance, protection, and savings services, in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. 
The value of the contract exceeds 15% of its total revenues, based on the latest audited financial statements for 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 14.
It added that the contract is expected to be signed on Jan. 1, 2026, marking the start of insurance coverage.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
Wataniya Insurance confirmed that it will announce any material developments related to the contract in due course, in line with the relevant rules and regulations.
According to Argaam’s calculations, 15% of Wataniya Insurance’s revenues for 2024 amounts to approximately SAR 269.4 million, out of total revenues of SAR 1.8 billion.
