Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.’s subsidiary, Tadawul Advanced Solutions Co. (WAMID) completed, on Feb. 2, the acquisition of 49% of the entire remaining shares in Direct Financial Network Co. (DirectFN) for SAR 220.5 million.

The purchase stake was owned by National Two Ventures (sole proprietorship), according to a statement to Tadawul.

WAMID finalized the approvals of the regulatory authorities, and accordingly, it is now the sole owner of all shares in DirectFN.

Saudi Tadawul Group announced in May 2023 that WAMID acquired a 51% stake in DirectFN for SAR 134 million. In December 2024, WAMID purchasedthe remaining 49% ownership at SAR 220.5 million, data compiled with Argaamshowed.
