Separately, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) said Wajd Life’s subscribed securities were deposited today into the accounts of eligible shareholders.
According to data available with Argaam, the company floated 2.5 million shares on Nomu, at SAR 5.70 per share, in an offering that ran from Aug. 31 to Sept. 4. The IPO was 179.34% oversubscribed.
The offered shares represented 20% of the company’s post-IPO capital and 25% of pre-IPO capital. Capital currently stands at SAR 10 million and will rise to SAR 12.5 million after the offering, at a par value of SAR 1 each.
