The price range for the initial public offering (IPO) of Wajd Life Trading Co. on the Parallel Market (Nomu) was set between SAR 5.50 and SAR 5.70 per share, Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and bookrunner, said in a statement to Tadawul.
According to Argaam’s data, the company plans to float 2.5 million shares on Nomu. The offered shares represent 20% of Wajd Life’s SAR 12.5 million post-IPO capital.
The book-building period will run from Aug. 31 to Sept. 4, 2025.
