Wafrah for Industry and Development Co. today signed a two-year contract with Del Monte Saudi Factory Company Limited, for the manufacture of frozen French fries, at a value of SAR 28 million (SAR 14 million per year). 
In a statement to Tadawul, Wafrah said that, under the contract, it will supply Del Monte Factory with frozen French fries for two years as a private label. It added that Del Monte Factory will be committed to providing it with raw potatoes necessary for the manufacturing processes, in addition to packaging materials.
The agreement may be renewed for additional periods by mutual consent.
According to the company, the related financial impact is expected to appear in H1 2026, and to continue for another renewable year. There are no related parties involved in the deal.
