US President Donald Trump is set to hold a press conference at the White House at 5 pm Makkah time to announce a trade agreement with the United Kingdom. 
Trump posted on Truth Social on Thursday: “This should be a very big and exciting day for the US and the UK”.
This comes after he hinted earlier that there would be a press conference in the Oval Office on Thursday, regarding a major trade deal with representatives of a country he described as “big and highly respected.”
The deal will be the first of many, he said.
