Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. was notified by its legal counsel today, Sept. 10, about the Court of Appeal’s decision to uphold the initial ruling dismissing a labor case against its subsidiary Tihama Education Co.

Muhannad Al-Balkhi Law Firm acted as the legal counsel and issued the appeal hearing report, the company said in a Tadawul filing, adding it will duly announce any material updates.

Argaam data showed that Tihama had disclosed in December 2024 that a SAR 15.39 million labor lawsuit was filed before the Riyadh Labor Court by plaintiff Sari Ibrahim Al Mayouf against Tihama Education over unlawful termination.

In July 2025, the Saudi-listed company said the Riyadh Labor Court had issued a judgment dismissing the lawsuit.
