Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s board of directors approved on Nov. 18 the start of the liquidation process for its subsidiary Tihama Education Co., under the Bankruptcy Law. 
The company is wholly owned by Tihama, with a paid-up capital of SAR 200,000.
Tihama said the bankruptcy and liquidation of this subsidiary stemmed from accumulated losses, unpaid creditors, and obligations outstripping assets.
