Shares of Theeb Rent a Car Co.are trading ex-bonustoday, Dec. 15, subject to the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) being held today. 
The company’s capital will be increased from SAR 430 million to SAR 659.72 million, representing a 53.4% increase, through the issuance of 22.97 million new shares.
The capital increase includes granting shareholders one bonus share for every two existing shares, in addition to allocating 1.47 million shares, representing 3.4% of the capital increase, for the long-term employee incentive share program.
