Al Taiseer Group Talco Industrial Co. (TALCO) appointed Alinma Capital as a financial advisor to complete the acquisition of Eastern Aluminum Extrusion Factory and complete all studies and procedures to finalize the deal before signing the purchase agreement with the factory’s owners to purchase 60% of the company’s capital. 
This came after confirming the feasibility studies and determining the fair value of the company by the financial advisor to proceed with completing the necessary due diligence processes by TALCO advisors, the company said, in a statement to Tadawul.
There are still supplementary procedures for the event that will be mentioned in a later announcement upon completion of the event. Any developments in this matter will be announced in due course, said the company.
According to Argaam’s data, the company signed on Nov. 23, 2025 a preliminary, non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Eastern Aluminum Extrusion Factory, for the purpose of acquisition.
