Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) announced the sale of 171,000 shares from its investment in Horizon Food at SAR 35 per share, for a total value of SAR 5.99 million (before deducting transaction-related costs).
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the transaction comes as part of its previously announced plan to divest up to one million shares of its investment in Horizon Food, aimed at enhancing liquidity and supporting its operational and agricultural plans.
