stc relocated Intigral’s operations from the UAE to Saudi Arabia
Tadawul-listed telco stc completed the integration of its media unit, Gulf Digital Media Co. (Intigral), and relocated its operations from the UAE to Saudi Arabia. 
The move will enhance operational integration, improve efficiency, and maximize the utilization of digital capabilities, stc said in a statement to Tadawul.
In turn, the telecom operator expects, improved customer experience and sustainable growth, while continuing to provide its services through the stc TV platform.
The company added that, in line with the completion of the integration process, stc’s board of directors resolved on Dec 22, to complete the necessary regulatory and legal procedures related to the relevant legal entities, including statutory liquidation procedures, noting that this will have no material financial impact on the group’s financial results.
