The Committee will continue operating under a new structure, overseeing all non-football sports activities of Saudi Pro League clubs as well as all sports within the First Division League (YeloLeague), with the goal of strengthening financial governance and ensuring greater balance and stability across club operations.

The ministry also launched the “Club Financial Performance Improvement Project” to support financial sustainability. Beginning in the 2025–2026 season, it will monitor the finances of 16YeloLeague clubs, 32 Second Division clubs, and five Third Division teams, four recently relegated and one previously included.

The initiative focuses on executing approved budgets, controlling operating expenses, and limiting future liabilities. It aims to strengthen clubs’ ability to maintain financial stability and support sustainable growth in a more professional environment.
