BSF, the financial advisor, bookrunner, and underwriter of Sport Clubs Co.’s initialpublic offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI), announced the price range for the offering and the start of the book-building process.
The IPO price range was set between SAR 7 and SAR 7.50 per share.
The final offering price will be determined after the completion of the book-building process. The retail subscription phase will follow, to which a total of 20% of the offered shares was allocated.
Sport Clubs is planning to float 34.32 million shares on TASI. These shares represent 30% of the company’s capital, according to Argaam data.
The book-building process for institutional investors will start today, June 22, until June 26 at 03:00 pm Makkah time.
The individual subscription period will run for one day on July 8.
