Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) said the extension period for Jerome Cabanas’ contract as CEO will conclude on Aug. 31, 2025. 
In a statement on Tadawul, the company said Managing Director Ahmed Al Jedaie will continue leading the executive team, as part of efforts to boost efficiency and ensure continuity of its strategies and long-term goals.
Al Jedaie holds an MBA and a PhD in pharmacy, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. He previously chaired SPIMACO’s board during the term that ended in April 2025.
SPIMACO appointed Al-Jediah as vice chairman and managing director in April 2025, according to Argaam’s data.
