SP Global anticipates that Saudi issuers will continue to utilize both domestic and international capital markets to fund Vision 2030.
In a recent report, SP stated that debt levels are currently manageable. They expect financial leverage to remain under control in the base case scenario, with the private sector debt-to-GDP ratio staying below 100% over the next 12 to 24 months.
