Specialized Medical Co. (SMC) set the price range for the initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI) between SAR 4247 and SAR 25 per share, SNB Capital, the lead manager, financial advisor, bookrunner, and underwriter on the IPO, said in a statement onTadawul.
The book-building process for participating parties will run from today, May 11 until 2:00 pm on May 15.
SMC will float 75 million shares on the Main Market. These shares represent 30% of the company’s SAR 250 million share capital, divided into 250 million shares, each with a nominal value of SAR 1.
The retail offering will start from May 28-29. SMC will allocate 15 million shares, or 20% of the total shares on offer, to individual investors.
