Specialized Medical Center Hospital(SMC) successfully completed the book-building process for the participating parties tranche, and the final offer price was set at SAR 25 per share, said SNB Capital, the lead manager, financial advisor, bookrunner, underwriter, and lead manager, along with EFG Hermes Saudi Arabia, the financial advisor, bookrunner and underwriter.
The IPO order book was 64.7x covered.
