The board also decided to appoint Suleimani as an advisor to the company starting July 1. He will continue serving on the boards of the company’s subsidiaries in order to benefit from his extensive experience and knowledge of the company’s business sector.
The company noted that Suleimani served as CEO during a period marked by the implementation of several key development initiatives and institutional transformations. He contributed to supporting the company’s strategic direction and strengthening its organizational structure and governance practices.
According to Argaam data, Eng. Khalid Suleimani had been serving as CEO of SISCO Holding since November 1, 2022.
In a separate statement, SISCO Holding also announced that its board of directors, by circulation on July 4, approved the appointment of Saleh Hafni as the company’s managing director (executive board member), effective July 1.
Hafni holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Cogswell University in San Francisco, US, and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
According to the statement, Hefni brings over 35 years of experience in the engineering, industrial, and management sectors, with specialized expertise in corporate structuring and business development.
Throughout his career, he held several leadership positions, including serving as managing director and CEO of SISCO Holding from 1999 to 2007.
He also served as managing director and CEO of Halwani Bros. in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt from 2007 to 2019, and as CEO of OMACO from 2019 to 2024.
Hefni has been a member of the board of directors at SISCO Holding since 1998. He also serves on the boards and committees of several group companies and is currently a member of the investment committee of the board.
