Shalfa Facilities Management Co. received the first award notification from Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC) under the framework agreement for integrated facility management services for school buildings and private institutes in the Central Region (Qassim). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that contract is valued at SAR 258.78 million, excluding value-added tax (VAT).
