Seera Group Holding’s board of directors ended today, Nov. 9, AlWaleed Al Nasser’s role as Acting CEO and appointed him as the Group’s CEO. 
The company said in a Tadawul statement that Al Nasser joined the Group in 2016 as Vice President, playing a key role in the strategic transformation program and shaping the Group’s strategy announced in November 2023, while also strengthening governance and stakeholder relations.
Al Nasser has over 20 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and governance, holding several managerial and advisory roles and serving on multiple company boards.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Law and Political Science from King Saud University, a Master’s in Law from the University of Florida, and has completed several executive and management programs.
Seera had appointed Al Nasser as Acting CEO in April 2024, according to Argaam’s data.
