In a statement, the CMA explained that making an investment decision without reviewing the fund’s terms and conditions and thoroughly examining their contents may entail significant risks.

Investors are therefore urged to review the fund’s terms and conditions—which include detailed information on the fund, its investment strategy, and associated risk factors—and study them carefully to assess the feasibility of investing in light of these risks.

If an investor is unable to fully understand the terms and conditions, it is recommended that they consult the fund manager for further clarification.

The CMA emphasized that its approval of the fund’s offering should not be interpreted as an endorsement of the fund’s viability or investment potential.

The approval solely indicates that the regulatory requirements set out under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations have been satisfied.
