Herfy Food Services Co. received a letter from Savola Group, a shareholder with over a 10% stake in the company, requesting the convening of a general assembly to vote on the dismissal of board member Mohammed Alshetwey. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Herfy said that it will follow the necessary procedures in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations and will provide further updates later.
