Saudi Arabia posted actual revenues of 1.25 trillion and expenditure of SAR 1.37 trillion in 2024, recording a budget deficit of SAR 115.6 billion, the Ministry of Finance announced today, Feb. 13.

Saudi Arabia recorded oil revenue of nearly SAR 756.62 billion in 2024, while non-oil revenue came in at SAR 502.47 billion.

The Kingdom spent nearly SAR 1.37 trillion in 2024, a rise of 6.3% year-on-year (YoY).

Public debt increased by 16% to SAR 1.21 trillion at the end of 2024, from SAR 1.05 trillion in 2023.
