Tadawul trading screen
Saudi retail investors were net sellers of nearly SAR 2.2 billion worth of stocks on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) in the week ended April 2, according to the latest dataissued by Tadawul.
Saudi retail accounted for 46.6% of total purchases, compared with 54% of total sales.
Meanwhile, Saudi institutions were net buyers of about SAR 1.09 billion, supported by net purchases of SAR 592.3 million by Saudi corporates and SAR 822.76 million by government entities, while investment funds recorded net sales of SAR 189.8 million.
Foreign institutions were also net buyers, with net purchases of approximately SAR 968.6 million, representing 36.8% of total purchasescompared to 33.5% of total sales.
