Saudi Printing Packaging Co. announced that its board of directors, by circulation on Dec. 2, appointed Waleed Bunnai, an independent member, as Managing Director, effective Dec. 9, with his membership status amended to Executive Member as of the same date. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Bunnai has more than 30 years of experience in investment and industrial sectors. He is a Saudi investor and entrepreneur and currently serves as Founder and CEO of Banvest Group.
Al Bunnai previously held several leadership roles, including Vice Chairman and COO of AlBunnai Group, and CEO of JISR Venture Partners in Dubai. In 2023, he was appointed Advisor to the Minister of Commerce.
He holds academic qualifications from INSEAD, France, and a Bachelor’s degree from Rice University, US.
