Saudi Networkers Services Co.’s (SNS) board of directors decided in a meeting on March 25 to terminate the contract of CEO Raed Arafeh by mutual consent effective April 30, 2025.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board appointed Omar Al-Juraifani as the new CEO starting May 1, 2025.
The decision was made in preparation for the company’s strategic plans, the statement added.
Al-Juraifani holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and has vast experience in several leadership positions.
