Saudi Networkers Services Co.‘s board of directors approved, on Dec. 10, ending the assignment of Ahmed Abu Nemeh as Acting CEO and appointing him as the company’s Chief Executive Officer, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Abu Nemeh will assume his duties on Dec. 11. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has extensive experience across various leadership positions.
In April, Abu Nemeh was appointed as Acting CEO effective May 1, until a new CEO is officially appointed, Argaam data showed.
