Saudi Networkers Services Co. received a letter from Omar Al-Juraifani notifying the company of his decision to withdraw from accepting the CEO position, which was set to take effect on May 1, 2025, citing personal reasons.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the board of directors, based on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, appointed Ahmad Abu Nehmeh as Acting CEO effective May 1, 2025, until a new CEO is officially appointed.

The company noted that Abu Nehmeh holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and has extensive experience in various leadership roles.

According to available data with Argaam, NetWorkers’ board of directors had previously agreed in March to terminate the contract of former CEO Raed Arafeh by mutual consent, effective April 30, 2025, and appointed Al-Juraifani as his successor, starting May 1, 2025.
