Saudi Arabia’s merchandise imports increased 4% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 80.1 billion in October 2025, according to data issued by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).
Compared to September 2025, merchandise imports were up 3%, or nearly SAR 2.7 billion.

Machinery and mechanical appliances, electrical equipment and their parts thereof topped imports in September, representing 30% or SAR 24.2 billion of the Kingdom’s total imports. Vehicles, aircraft, vessels, and associated transport equipment followed at about 12%.
