MORONI — The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has launched the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Iftar Program set to benefit 10,000 fasting individuals in the Union of the Comoros.held on Monday at Al-Sayyid Salem Khamis Mosque in the presence of officials and dignitaries, including the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Ambassador to the Comoros, Mohammed Al-Shamrani.In his address, Al-Shamrani said the Iftar and Date Gift programs reflect the wise leadership’s commitment to serving Islam and Muslims and strengthening bonds of brotherhood and solidarity across the Islamic world.He added that the initiatives embody the Kingdom’s care for Muslims globally and its participation in their joy during the blessed month, praying for the Kingdom’s continued security and stability.Chief of Protocol at the Presidency and Special Adviser to the Comorian President, Salem Khamis, expressed appreciation to Saudi Arabia for its humanitarian efforts, commending the ministry’s implementation of programs that reinforce Islamic brotherhood.
