Housing rent inflation in Saudi Arabia eased for the fifth straight month in March, slowing to 8.2%, according to data from the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).

This marks the lowest annual increase in residential rents in 26 months since January 2023, when the rate stood at 7.7%.
