Hotel room occupancy in Saudi Arabia reached around 63% in Q1 2025, up 2.1% from Q1 2024, data issued by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) showed.

In contrast, occupancy in serviced apartments and other hospitality facilities fell to 50.7% during the same period.
