Saudi Fisheries will pay the dues and complete procedures to renew and transfer the contract

Saudi Fisheries Co. (Alasmak) received, on Oct. 6, a letter of approval from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) regarding its request to renew the lease for Al Haridah farmland, with an area of 7,500 dunum, located in Aseer region.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that this request will be made after the company has paid the financial dues and subsequently transferred the contract to Al-Hareedha Co., in accordance with the ministry’s procedures and regulations.

The company will pay the financial dues and complete the procedures for renewing and transferring the contract. Any future developments in this regard will be disclosed in a timely manner, the statement added.
